Platyhelminthes
The word platyhelminthes came from the Greek words, platy, meaning flat, and helminth, meaning worm. This phylum consists of unsegmented, soft-bodied invertebrates. They have no special circulatory or respiratory organs and systems. They allow oxygen and nutrients to pass through diffusion through their skin.
